Mini Conundrum #004: How To Train For Anything
Last month I started thinking I ought to prepare my body the best I can for whatever challenges and life goals are set for me through What Should Baz Do.
It was pretty easy for me to identify my biggest physical weakness – Flexibility & Core Strength. But how should I improve?

Early on, Pole-dancing came out of the blocks on fire – receiving the first three votes – and I began mentally preparing myself to take this challenge seriously.
But it wasn’t long till all of the yoga lovers came out of hiding and took control of this decision. With democratic decisions – like controlling what Baz does with his life – it matters how many of your friends are in the electorate!
The Challenge Begins

Doing #YogaEveryDamnDay for a full 6 weeks is what lies ahead – I’m pumped. There will be a progress update or two posted on the website during the 6 weeks, but for REGULAR UPDATES – AND MAYBE SOME MOTIVATION:
