Movember: Is it really over? You Decide! :)
Should the Mo stay another week? till xmas? till the New Year?
Movember may have hit closing time, the lights have come on, and people are heading for the exits… But I’m not finished yet!!
Baz is a bit of a maverick (who sometimes refers to himself in 3rd person): so just because everyone is trimming back to bare faces doesn’t necessarily mean I have to follow the flock, does it? And as far as I can tell, men still have testicular & prostate cancer, and are sill suffering from depression all over the world.
THANK YOU so much to those who already supported my Movember Mo by donating! You are absolute champions.
How long to keep the mo going is not a decision I can make alone
So after cultivating the hair follicles of my upper lip for a little over a month now, it seems a very tough decision for me to end it all so abruptly by shaving the Dali off before it can reach its full potential! It has really grown on me after all, and has shown promise of a skyward curl in the left and right wings.
I checked on My Mo Page and it seems that donations can still be submitted online to support this great cause – So it seems a great and logical idea that the lifespan of my Mo should reflect how much more fundraising can still be achieved.
The Decision Of When It Comes Off Is Ultimately Yours – Here are the guidelines
Basically, any extra donations received from now on will extend the life of my moustache (unless level 1 isn’t reached by tomorrow morning (9am London time, Sunday 14th December)
Level 1: £50 – 1 extra week growth, until the 21st of December.
Level 2: £200 – Growth till Xmas & dressed as Santa to give out Xmas treats in Wimbledon for an hour
Level 3: £500 – Growth till 2015 & dressed as Santa to give out Xmas treats in Wimbledon for an hour & Dye the Mo another colour
Level 4: £1000 – Growth till I can tie the left side and the right side of the Mo together – how ever long that may take!
