All I Want For Christmas Is…
First and foremost – MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYBODY!
If I have to be honest, I think I have grown out of Christmas long ago. I don’t get that excited by it, and sometimes thank my lucky stars when I conveniently happen to be overseas traveling during this time of year. “I can wash my hands of the chores of Christmas this year!”
On the other hand, it is a time for hometown reunions, while old school buddies visit their families. A time for getting back in touch, reminiscing, and strengthening bonds. A time for barbecues, beaches, and a few beers with old mates while soaking up the Queensland sunshine. Most of all, it is a time when family come home to share time together and remind ourselves why we share the same name… SO I’LL MISS THOSE BITS! 😛
So, from across the ocean, I wish all my friends and family back home a very MERRY CHRISTMAS & a SAFE and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to those of you who have already “Put In Your Two Cents”!
THE MOST IMPORTANT FUNCTION OF THE SITE during Phase 1 (Until early 2015) is for my family, friends, and friends I haven’t yet met, to have their say in shaping the next chapter of my life, by helping come up with as many AWESOME LIFE GOALSÂ as possible.
Some of the AWESOME LIFE GOALS that have already been suggested:
- Becoming a professional Grape-Stomper in Italian Wineries
- Sleeping with (and filming) hibernating Arctic Bears during the Winter #noporno
- Moving to Brazil to practice Capoeira & spend time in favela life
- Volunteer in communities in Peru & walk the Inca Trail
- Joining a Monastery and taking a vow of silence

Unlike Mariah Carey & Jimmy Fallon, I don’t want all of you. Well… some of you I’d like to have around, I guess! 😉
But, as I mentioned earlier, THE MOST IMPORTANT FUNCTION of this site right now is to gain as many great, worthwhile, and awe-inspiring ideas from you guys. Me cancelling my regular life to become the protagonist in this real life ‘choose your own adventure’ story is worthless without having GREAT readers sending me into AMAZING places to try and achieve AWESOME THINGS!
** I also wouldn’t say No to a new GoPro or if you felt inclined to “Buy Baz A Beer!” haha
